Hello

Your query is related to urine test.
Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated due to presence of few pus cells,RBC and few bacteria in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.

Drink plenty of water.
I also suggests alkalyzing syrups to my patients.

Get well soon.
Take Care
